Ciao and welcome to Subiaco! I’m Leonardo, and I’ve been running Colle Tocci with my wife Paola for over twenty years. During your stay here, you’ll discover this magical location just outside of Subiaco. Colle Tocci is the result of my three greatest loves: cooking, the countryside, and tourism. For adults, it’s a unique dimension; for children, it’s magical and entertaining. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
Our farm-to-table cuisine
Our cuisine is a journey of rediscovery: organic farming raw materials transformed into traditional dishes like Strozzapreti or Pappaciucco. The bread and pasta are handmade, and the cheeses, cold cuts, and meats are sourced from the Simbruini mountain region. Then there’s our garden, with its seasonal delights, and the wine cellar, which features organic and biodynamic labels as well as local productions. Our kitchen is open, come and have a seat!

Our 18th-century mansion
You will be hosted in our farmhouse, an intimate and reserved setting that has been recreated as a result of careful and wise restoration of the old 18th-century mansion. Four rooms with bathrooms overlooking the park for a unique stay: a short distance from the Benedictine monasteries and the Laghetto di San Benedetto, the village of Subiaco, and Monte Livata.
